Episode 1 – The Richest Country In The World!

There is one small country sandwiched by Belgium, France and Germany, that is known to be the richest country in the world! What I love about Luxembourg is that, this country is multicultural in nature, the people friendly and the city is very beautiful as it is fortified by medieval structure way back many years ago.

This journey in Luxembourg focuses on the inside of the city, their culture, way of life and the picturesque fortified medieval castles., even the city centre has still the remnants of roman medieval history.

The glimpse of the alps, this view is still part of Luxembourg. It has its own little alps, a version of the bigger alps of Switzerland and France.

As I went on walking inside the city of Luxembourg, I bumped into these tourists who took pictures on the monument of remembrance for those Luxembourgers who fought the war during the world war 2 and the Korean War.

This is called the monument of remembrance or Gelle Fra.

I have purposefully made a video in my YouTube channel about these aspects of Luxembourg. This video below captures even to the Ducal Place soldiers who endeavours to offer their benevolent service to keep the palace safe. Enjoy watching my video as I embarked my journey to the richest country in the world.

On the outer part of Luxembourg, not necessarily outerpart, but few minutes from the city center, there you can see the Bourscheid Castle, a medieval designed castle, of Luxembourg.

This is the Bourscheid Castle of North-Eastern Luxembourg. This is one of the best medieval castles I have visited in Europe and this is only around 30 minutes drive from the city centre.

Furthermore, on the Eastern side of the castle, you can see this glimpse of the little alps of Luxembourg. In essence, the alps of France and Switzerland slowly starts here and I simply took notice how beautiful it is to stay there and just watch the river flowing in the valley.

The Bourscheid Castle of Luxembourg is one of the Medieval Castles during the Roman Empire.
